The Old England Hotel jetty security improved

The Old England Hotel's private jetty is one of the most exclusive moorings on Windermere. However, with so many people strolling around the gardens and on to the jetty, yacht owners were concerned their posessions would be vulnerable.

Cook & Lakin delighted the hotel manager John Carter with their protective wall and railings - perfectly matched to existing stone and ironwork - giving restricted access to the jetty area.

John said "They've matched the existing railings so perfectly, I can't tell what's new and what's original. They've done bigger projects for us, but were very happy to undertake this small job for us too."
