Project Report: The Angel Inn, Bowness

Creating a chic and welcoming ambience

 Liam and Abbie Salisbury, the owners of a small residential hotel had big ambitions to turn their business into a real destination for visitors. The Angel Inn is now a very successful restaurant, pub and stylish hotel.

 Cook & Lakin were brought in to completely refurbish the building, removing internal walls downstairs to create the new bar and restaurant area and upgrading the ensuite bedooms.

 Liam said “Les and Billy managed the whole process from beginning to end. The quality of their work speaks for itself: building, decorating, plumbing and joinery. The new wooden bar is a work of art!”
